Mt. SAC Baseball placed three Mounties on the First Team All-Conference teams of the South Coast Conference. Matthew Lorenzano, Andrew Walters, and Joey Rossetti have helped guide the team to the 3C2A playoffs and a 2nd-place finish in the conference this season.

Mt. SAC's sophomore right-hand pitcher, Matthew Lorenzano (6-2), led the team in games started with eight, innings pitched (47.1), strikeouts (46), and runners picked off (4). Lorenzano, with a 3.14 ERA, was tied with 6 wins for the most in the SCC.

Joining Lorenzano on the All-SCC First Team is Sophomore Center Fielder, Joey Rossetti. Rossetti led the conference with a batting average of .461 and was second in on-base percentage (.543). He led the team with 35 hits and had 13 RBIs.

Freshman infielder, Andrew Walters, was in the top 5 in multiple categories: runs scored 23, HR 7, RBIs 28, OBP .505, and SLG .765. He was first in all those categories, except OBP (2nd) and total bases (52) along with steals (8).

The All-SCC Second Team includes Kaden Moeller, a sophomore utility player, who batted .313 with 9 doubles and 16 RBIs. He also pitched in 16 innings with an ERA of 3.45 and 24 strikeouts. Sophomore catcher, Daniel Briones, rounds out the second-team selections. He threw out 7 of the 14 runners who attempted to steal and had 7 RBIs.
