(Wilmington, CA) In a South Coast Conference contest, Mt. San Antonio College (10-7, 4-3) defeated host Los Angeles Harbor College (0-13, 0-7) by the score of 3-0 (25-11, 25-9, 25-13) on Friday, Oct. 6. The victory is the fourth straight for the Mounties, and fifth of the last six.

Andrea Brewer (11 kills, five digs), Melissa Polich (eight kills), Brooke Olivas (six digs), Eva Becerra (10 assists, four service aces), Capri Salmon (19 assists) and Zyra Green (three service aces) were among the top players for Mt. SAC.

The Mounties return home for an SCC game against Cerritos College (9-3, 4-3) on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at 6 p.m. to conclude the first round of conference play.
