(Wilmington, CA) After dropping the opening set, the Mt. SAC Women's Volleyball Team swept the next three sets and defeated host L.A. Harbor College, 3-1, Wednesday (Oct. 16).

The Mounties lost the first set, 23-25, then won the final three, 25-18, 25-12, 25-21.

Mt. SAC (6-12, 3-4), which moved up to the middle of the pack in conference, had a balanced attack with four players - Juliana Gomez (10 Digs, 2 Service Aces), Jessica Morse, Camille Boone and Jocelyn Portillo (7 Digs, 5 SA) - contributing nine kills each. Macy Barnes and Aya Al-Juraishi added five kills. 

Leading the way again with assists was setter Janderi Ceja (2 SA, 5 D) with 27 and Daniela Serena had 22 digs.

The Mounties continue conference action Friday (Oct. 18) as they host CCCAA No. 15 Long Beach City College (11-6, 6-1).
