(Walnut, CA) The undefeated streak in the South Coast Conference continues for the Mt. SAC Women's Swimming team, as they secured another double-dual victory on Friday, March 15, at the Mounties pool complex.

The Mounties dominated the competition, winning 14 out of 15 events and defeating Cerritos 219-27 and PCC 211-32.

Highlighting the day were five Mounties who won two events each – Madison Dorsey (500, 1000 Freestyle), Genevieve Niko (50, 200 Free), Paige Fast (100 Backstroke, 200 Individual Medley), Eden Kennedy (100 Breaststroke, 100 Free), and Elleanna Ramos (100, 200 Butterfly).

Sophomore Emily Velasco and freshman Mekala Valentin claimed first place in the 200 Back and 200 Breaststroke, respectively, for the Mounties.

The only event where the Mounties didn't secure the top spot was the 1-Meter Diving, with Brianna Solis finishing second.

In addition to individual victories, the Mounties also won both the 200 Medley Relay and the 400 Relay.

Mt. SAC continues its SCC campaign with another double on Friday, March 22, against Chaffey and the host team, East Los Angeles.
