(Walnut, CA) The Mt. SAC Women's Soccer Team moved into third place in the South Coast Conference North with a 1-0 shutout of East Los Angeles College Tuesday afternoon October 9.

The Mounties raised their overall record to 4-7 and are 2-2 in conference.

With her second goal of the season freshman midfielder Hannah Grady scored the only goal of the game in the 34th minute. It was unassisted.

Mt. SAC goal keeper Jacqueline Botello recorded three saves in the game along with her second shutout of the season.

Mt. SAC will host undefeated Cerritos College in a SCC crossover game on Friday October 12. Game time is 4:00 pm.
