
Walnut, Calif. – The Mt. San Antonio College Women's Basketball Team had an incredible season, earning eight All-South Coast Conference honors in the 2024-2025 selections. Their excellence was further highlighted by Head Coach Brian Crichlow, who was named SCC Coach of the Year for the fifth consecutive season after leading the Mounties to a perfect 8-0 conference record and securing the program's 23rd SCC title.
For the second straight year, sophomore guard/forward Daisia Mitchell was named both SCC Player of the Year and All-State Player of the Year after an all-around standout season, averaging 13.3 points, 8 rebounds, 3.6 assists, 2.5 steals, and 1.5 blocks per game.
Guard/forward Taliyah McFerson made an immediate impact in her debut season, earning SCC Freshman of the Year honors. She led the conference in efficiency, shooting 62.4% from the field and 83.0% from the free-throw line, while averaging 15.9 points, 7.9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1.8 steals per game.

First Team
- Naomi Acuna (Freshman, Guard) – 5.3 PPG
- Alana Diaz (Sophomore, Guard, Two-time Selection) – 8.0 PPG, 5.6 RPG
- Elizabeth Udeze (Freshman, Guard) – 7.6 PPG, 3.3 APG
Second Team
- Frances Potts (Sophomore, Guard) – 4.5 PPG
- Aanisah Moncrief (Sophomore, Guard, Two-time Selection) – 6.5 PPG, 4.7 RPG
- Ryann Riddle (Freshman, Guard/Forward) – 6.2 PPG
The Mounties' success this season was a testament to their talent, depth and relentless determination. Congratulations to all honorees for their outstanding achievements and contributions to another conference championship-winning season!
