(Los Angeles, CA) Dailani Richardson scored a team-high 27 points to lead Mt. San Antonio College (21-2, 4-0) to an 86-76 South Coast Conference North Division win over host Los Angeles Trade Tech College (1-21, 0-4) on Wednesday, Feb. 7.

Aanisah Moncrief added 15 points for the Mounties while leading all players with 16 rebounds. Alana Diaz posted 14 points to account for Mt. SAC's double-digit scorers.

Outperforming the Beavers in several team categories was key to the Mounties' victory, including rebounding (50-31), points in the paint (40-28), and bench scoring (33-12).

Winners of 17 in a row, Mt. SAC is currently ranked No. 2 in the state on the most recent California Community College Women's Basketball Coaches Association poll.

Next up for the Mounties is a Valentine's Day (Feb. 14) SCC North matchup at home against East Los Angeles College (10-14, 2-2). Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. The teams faced each other back on Jan. 25, and Mt. SAC came away with a 102-55 victory.
