(Daytona Beach, FL.) The Defending National Champions, Mt. SAC Dance Team began today's NDA Collegiate Nationals trailing in third place after Prelims in the Open Division II Section.  The team had a strong routine in the Finals and earned the 2014 National Championship! The Dance Team, now back to back title holders, was able to bring home the championship with a 9.620 score, edging second place, Grand Valley State University by .10 of a point.

The Cheer Team began the finals of the NCA Collegiate Nationals in fourth place of the Junior College Division.  The team was able to improve on their prelims score and finish in 3rd place of the very competitive 2 Year College Division with national powerhouse Navarro College.  It was the 6th consecutive title for Navarro.
