In 2025, he led the Mounties to a third-place finish at the NCA College Nationals in Daytona—marking the team’s first appearance at the event since 2019.

Ignacio is no stranger to the Mt. SAC program. From 2010 to 2012, he was a key member of the Pep Squad and contributed significantly to its success. He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, where he also showcased his talents as a collegiate cheerleader.

Between his time at Mt. SAC, Ignacio sharpened his coaching skills as an instructor with the United Spirit Association (USA), working with student-athletes across all levels. His return to the Mounties builds on a strong foundation of excellence and a clear commitment to the program’s growth.

A multi-sport athlete at Diamond Bar High School, Ignacio competed in football, soccer, and track & field—experiences that continue to shape his dynamic coaching style and leadership philosophy.

Now residing in Diamond Bar, California, Ignacio remains actively involved in his community and continues to embrace his love for sports. His return to Mt. SAC marks a new chapter—focused on inspiring, mentoring, and developing the next generation of standout cheerleaders.
