Erica Ledezma serves as the WIN Program Coordinator and a faculty member at Mt. SAC, where she plays an important role in supporting student-athletes. As a former Mt. SAC student-athlete, she was a member of the 1995 Women's Soccer State Championship team and garnered All-Conference honors in 1994 and 1995.
Ledezma received her bachelor's degree in pedagogy from Cal Poly Pomona and her master's degree in psychology from Capella University. At Cal Poly Pomona, she was a standout member of the women's soccer team, earning All-Conference (1997) and All-American Honors (1998).
After completing her studies at Cal Poly, Ledezma returned to Mt. SAC, where she, and her directors at the time, founded the student-athlete study hall and tutorial service, now known as the WIN Program. The WIN Program provides vital support services, including tutoring, a computer lab, the WIN library and instructional aids, to help all students achieve academic excellence.
In addition to her role with the WIN Program, Ledezma is passionate about teaching psychology. She enjoys balancing her time between teaching and her program coordinator responsibilities.
Outside of her professional life, Ledezma is a devoted mother to her son, Christopher and bonus children, Olivia and Omar. In her free time, she loves watching movies and traveling with her husband, JC.
